Researchers altogether ICM (RealICM) is a research staff group set-up to represent all research staff within ICM, including research associates, research assistants, technicians and clinical fellows. The aim of the group is to provide an interactive environment through peer organised seminars, workshops, and social events. Through interaction and discussion of issues important to ICM research staff we hope to guide ICM management regarding the specific development needs of all research staff members.

We have designed a programme of events including "Technical Clinics" aimed to keep you up to date with facilities and technologies and "Career Clinics" to support career development. 

As well as this we will hold social events such as coffee mornings and pub quizzes to give people a chance to network and socialise outside of the lab.
